We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any pre-owned watch, with the exception of a Custom Order purchased from us, may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt and provided that the watch has not been worn.
All store sales are final. For online sales, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you call us or email us to request an RMA shipping label for Federal Express with insurance. Then ship the merchandise back to our office within 3 days of receiving the shipping label. The shipping amount, at our cost, will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping.

• Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for returns
• Do not remove any plastic seals, the security tags , etc until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the plastic or tags, the item will not be accepted for return.

All warranty repairs must be sent to our Florida office for repairs. Please contact us at 305-900-4399 - before sending your watch for warranty repairs. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred.
